Membership Opportunities

Affiliate Member - $519 per calendar year/$279 per half year

An Affiliate Member shall be an individual who is employed in a field that offers a product/service to the commercial real estate industry but does not qualify under one of the other Member categories. Affiliate Members are not able to hold leadership positions and do not have a vote on Board related items.

Full Active Member - $319 per calendar year/$179 per half year

Member must be employed in the commercial real estate field for two or more years.

Associate Member - $294 per calendar year/$166 per half year

Members have been employed in the commercial real estate field for less than two years. 

Associate members receive all benefits of active membership. 

Civic Membership - $307 per calendar year/$169 per half year

Members have been employed in the commercial real estate field for two or more years and work in the Government or non-profit sectors. 

This level of membership carries the same benefits as Full Active Membership.

retired - $124 per calendar year

Member must be retired and have previously been employed in the commercial real estate field for two or more years.
